Please be advised that the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Labor Standards is surveying wage rates paid on Commercial, Residential and Highway/Heavy construction projects in all 87 counties to determine prevailing wage rates.
The department requests that all interested parties submit reports of hourly wage rates paid on projects performed during the past twelve months. Failure to submit a report means that you do not particpate in establishing the prevailing wage rate in your area. To be included in this survey, all reports or projects must be completed within 60 days.
