|2018 Fall Seminar on Ventilation & Fire Suppression for Commercial Kitchens
|Morning: Commercial kitchen hood and ventilation requirements of the 2015 MN Mechanical Code and NFPA Standard 96 will be addressed, including commonly misunderstood code provisions and industry-accepted standards. Afternoon: Commercial kitchen hood fire suppression provisions of the 2015 MN Building Code and 2015 MN Fire Code will be covered, along with NFPA and UL Standards. Continuing Education Credit: Building officials and plumbers receive 6 hours of CE credit (non-plumbing code credit).
