This site permits online submission of the Municipal Fee and Expenses Report.
To submit or retrieve a report, enter the name of the municipality in the search box to the left and click "Start search." if the municipality isn't found, try using a partial word search, such as "Minne" or "Min" to search for "Minneapolis." The search is not case-sensitive.
To create and submit a report:
- enter a municipality name
- click "Detail and reports" button for the municipality, this will display municipality details tab and any previously filed reports;
- click "Begin a new fee and expense report", a new screen with pre-filled, selected municipality data will be displayed;
- select a year for the report;
- each section of the form has a separate screen, click "Next" to continue from section to section;
- click "Preview and submit" after completing the final section, this will display a single page summarizing the values entered by the user;
- click "Submit" to submit the report to the database, a page with report submission message will be displayed.
The user may update an existing report once. To update a report:
- enter a municipality name
- select "Update" from the dropdown menu under "View/update" column of the "Previous reports" section;
- click "Select," this will take the user to a new page with all the report data;
- click "Update report" (when "Are you sure you want to update?" appears, click "OK");
- update any fields(s);
- again click "Update report" and choose "OK" when "are you sure you want to update?" appears;
- a confirmation page will show whether a report has been updated successfully;
- the user may save the report as a PDF file or return to the "Search report" page.
