Construction Truck Operational cost survey

Acknowledgement

I am submitting my survey data voluntarily and understand that it will be used by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry to determine the statewide average operating costs for certain types of trucks used in construction. I realize the cost data I provide is available to the public for inspection but without disclosing my identity and address. I understand the department may disclose my identity and address to the Attorney General’s Office, but will not disclose my identity and address to anyone else unless ordered to do so by a judge. I understand I am not required to provide this data. If I do not share my cost data with the department, it will not be considered and will not contribute to the determination of the truck rental rates.

The data collected in this survey is used to determine minimum truck rental rates to be paid on public works projects covered by Minn. Stat. § 177.44.

All trucks reported here are being used in road construction projects.
